I ask that you look through my gallery first before contacting me for a commission.

My art style is subject to change, and may not match exactly with the examples I've given.

I reserve the right to refuse your commission if I am uncomfortable with the request or you have been proven troublesome in any way.

You may ask for WIPs and updates at any time throughout the commission process.

Please warn me if you are going to be unable to respond for a period of time. I will put your commission on hold until I've heard back from you.

Unless a deadline is specified, the commission will be completed at my own pace, but for my accountability, I will be stating my own deadlines based on the request and availability. Unless you have your own deadline, there will be no changes allowed.

Please state your deadlines if there is any! A rush fee will be included if you wish for your commission to be completed within a strict deadline of 2 weeks or less.

I will only start on your commission once I receive the initial payment.

Partial payments are only allowed for commissions costing $100 USD and more.

Payments are through Paypal only in USD. Tips are always appreciated!

All payments will be made via invoice once the request has been finalized.

Refunds will be permitted only if I am unable to complete your commission request. In this case, you will be given a full refund.

Refunds are not given for completed commission work.

My artwork and all concepts, sketches, and derivatives produced from it are copyrighted to me as my intellectual property.

Nothing I make may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or past and future inventions in the space. The same applies to Mimic or any AI imaging websites and related programs.

I reserve the right to upload any commissioned work to my sites. Requests to not publicly post the finished commission will include a privacy fee ($100 USD) and will be respected.

Private commissions (NDA) will include non-disclosure of the artwork, its processes, and any mentions of the project in social media. The artwork may be uploaded on my portfolio after the commission is finished unless stated otherwise.

You may not trace, edit, sell, distribute the commissioned work in any way. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial without entering a legal contract agreement with me.

I reserve the right to upload any commissioned work to my sites.

The commissioner may upload the work to their site when credited and linked back to @YeniiHuenii / @moneyoniis.
